The best way to begin achieving your goals is to find out where you’re starting from. Once you have a baseline, your personal trainer custom builds an exercise program to meet your needs and goals. 

At Superior Fitness, our assessments includes a full medical history, postural analysis, nutrition advice, goal setting, range of motion testing and finally, a  Functional Movement Screen is performed to test your movement patterns.  At the end of your assessment, your trainer will use this information to design an exercise and lifestyle program that will help you reach your goals in the safest and fastest way possible.

Lifestyle Coaching

 All of the staff at Superior Fitness have extensive lifestyle coaching training.  We realize that exercise is just one of the many factors involved in a person's health, wellness and vitality.  Lifestyle coaching is available to any Superior Fitness client.  Topics include nutrition, stress management, sleep patterns, exercise and emotional well being. 


Superior Fitness promotes a holistic approach to health and wellness.  Massage therapy can be a great addition to your lifestyle.  Our massage therapist is well trained, experienced and licensed.  He is here for your convenience whether it be a 60 minute deep tissue massage or a 5 minute chair massage.  The benefits of massage will help keep you mobile for your workouts as well as promote recovery for your next workout!
